Operation Scheduler Fixed Term Contract for 12 months (Maternity Cover)

Salary:
£30,440.80 per annum

Hours:40 hours per week, which may include weekends and evening/early morning shifts and occasional ad-hoc on call to support business needs.

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are now seeking an Operations Scheduler to join our busy, dynamic team.

In order to help assist bring the deceased into our care, this role will involve considerable time communicating with 3rd party organisations and building strong, positive relationships.

Liaising with families, care homes and mortuaries to arrange the 'reactive' collection of our families loved ones.
Managing our scheduled collections and deliveries across England and Wales
Producing routes, tasks and documentation for our field operatives
Ensuring that each scheduled route is optimised for efficiency and customer service.
Acting as a first point of contact for the field operatives to query instructions and plan deviations.
Enter details into our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) of all planned activities.
Analyse future requirements and work with our Funeral arrangers to ensure we are maximising operational efficiency.
