Job description Social Media Marketing assistant and Insurance Account Handler
This is a combined job role with social media and Insurance Account Handling. Individual must be able to manage their own time effectively to fit both sides of the job in.


Social media General Work Tasks:

  • Creating content and updates for company Instagram
  • Sourcing and sharing social media activities and ability to create own content using equipment
  • Producing social media updates
  • Using content management systems
  • Sourcing suitable images for social media
  • Increasing the following of social media accounts
  • Growing social media site
  • Developing engagement within social media accounts
  • Assessing social media reports
  • Keeping an eye on social media posts
  • Understanding social media engagement
  • Responding to social media posts
  • Addressing any negative reviews
  • Growing positive reviews
  • Increasing conversion rates
  • Tracking clickthroughs
  • Individual must be able to create own content.
Social media experience necessary. Ideally the individual needs a keen interest in Photography and/or Videography.


Account Handler tasks:
Main duties include dealing with a designated book of client's Insurance renewals, enquiries and sales. To maintain the level of customers to the least current expectation of retention.

Job Types:

9:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch break with the flexibility to post and answer social media enquiries outside of these hours if necessary.

Working from home also available some days, up for discussion.

  • Colchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
