Family Tree Childcare are looking for a trainee Early Years Practitioner who is enthusiastic, motivated and experienced in delivering high quality learning experiences.

You should be willing to complete a modern apprenticeship and show commitment and dedication to completing the course.

  • 12 years.

Essential requirements:
*Be passionate about the learning, development, health & safety and welfare of children

  • First aid ceritifcare is preferred
  • Be able to work as part of a team

Responsibilities:


  • Working as part of our team to support children's learning.
  • Provide a safe, fun and stimulating environment.
  • Provide daily learning experiences that meet individual children's needs, providing daily feedback using online journals and face to face comminucation.
  • Plan for children's learning and record this timely.
  • Take part in training that is provided throughout the year.
  • Observe, monitor and interact with children to enhance their learning.
*Communicate effectively with team members, parents, carers and other service users. This includes outside agencies.
