**Application Support Team Leader
**I am looking for an Application Support Team Leader with good experience of implementing appropriate SLAs & processes who is keen to take control of the support of a bespoke trading system for a global, 450 employee, £600m t/o commodities trading business.

Hybrid working (2-3 days in the Central London office) you'll work as an Application Support Team Leader focused on managing 2 Analysts, setting up service desk tools, implementing SLAs, ITIL style processes & procedures as well as working with developers,front, middle and back office employees.


What it would be great for the Application Support Team Leader to have:

  • Proven experience as an Application Support Team Leader combining line management, setting up and implementing ITIL style support processes and hands on support
  • Experience in the oil & gas, commodities trading and/or financial services industry
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to cover service desk management, incident management & problem management
  • Experience of performing root cause analysis to get to the crux of a recurring problem and be able to implement short, medium and long term fixes

Location:
Hybrid Working (Central London - 3 days a week in the office)


Salary:
£75-85k (depending on experience)
