Description
Office Manager required with some EA responsibilities for a start-up market leader in Fin-Tech in the West End.The company currently employ approx 30 people and this will be the first admin support role within the company so it is a great opportunity tomake the role your own, the company will expand further over the next year.
Duties will include recruitment and on-boarding, organisation of team events, diary management and HR procedures.
You will be responsible for updating company policies, record-keeping, compliance and assisting with office procedures, You will be responsible for creating and maintaining company presentations and general adminisratitive tasks, You will liaise with suppliersas well as expenses management and invoicing.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation as you will be part of the team to help grow the company over the next year.
This position is immediately available and also offers the opportunity for 3 days working from home as well as other benefits includingpension.
