As a Partnership Assistant you will play an integral part in developing and maintaining existing and new partner relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical methods to deliver quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The Partnership Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Partnership Manager in a variety of tasks to maintain and develop commercial partnerships in accordance with agreed business plans
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the creation of presentations and bimonthly campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on commercial partner activity for both the leadership team and partners
- Respond to and follow up on enquiries
- Assist in developing existing and new partnerships
- Liaise between marketing and partnership team for marketing support of partnership activities
- Assist with research on prospective partners
- Attend and/or support events and conferences on behalf of the Partnerships team, including planning travel, accommodation, stationery needs
- Assist with the management of the Partnership Managers diary
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Additional tasks to support the Partnerships Team as needed
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of and experience using presentation software, particularly PowerPoint
- Well versed in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Outlook and TEAMS
- Familiarity with CRM software, experience with salesforce would be a bonus, however, is not essential as full training will be provided.
- Effective communicator, able to work with people at all levels of ability and from different cultures and backgrounds and ability to work well as part of a team.
- A natural multitasking ability with strong organisational skills and the confidence to work towards deadlines whilst maintain a busy workload
- Excellent attention to detail

£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
