Responsibility of this role is designed to provide administration and processing support, to the Flogas Britain wider business, supporting the Lead Administrator CAS.
What you will be doing
- Updating of Bulk and Cylinder formula & LNG pricing
- Unpriced orders and posting of deliveries.
- New Codas supplier set ups, changes and reopening of finish dated accounts.
- Closing of supplier's accounts following reviews
- Customer direct debit set up and confirmation.
- Codas & Concur employee account changes and maintenance.
- Codas VAT certification number set up and review of missing VAT numbers.
About You
- Always have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers.
- Selfmotivated.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel and Word
- Excellent communications and customer service skills (written and verbal)

Flogas Britain is one of the largest distributors of off-grid energy in the UK and has over 35 years' experience of providing solutions to both commercial and domestic customers, principally in the form of liquid gas.
