With this role you will join the Digital Process Automation Excellence practice within the DTC team.

This practice provides expertise and leadership in enabling transformation and delivering efficiencies through the design and implementation of improved processes and operating models.

With expertise in Automation, Business Process Redesign, Digital Finance, Procurement, and a wealth of experience in business execution through Project and Programme Delivery, our DPAE offerings are critical enablers to effective change.

About the role


We are looking for an individual who can successfully lead large scale transformation projects and programmes with geographically dispersed, multi-cultural and multidisciliplined team whilst guiding strategic decision making by the client.

The role will initially be focused on working within the MOD Tactical Services Executive programme (multi-£bn battlefield communication system) to lead and support the stakeholder engagement and strategic relationship management activity with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Required skill set and experience

Experience of implementing ISO 44001 within a complex organisation.

Understanding of factors impacting supply chains and building data and information solutions to support decision making.


Experience of building and sustaining effective relationships with a diverse industry base through all acquisition stages including event design and management.

Demonstrable and effective general consulting skills to advise, guide and coach/support the client and support change management initiatives.

Evidenced ability to work with senior stakeholders within the MOD and with the selected industry partners/suppliers linked to projects.

Evidenced leadership for project workstreams in strategic relationship management aligned to the acquisition lifecycle.

Evidenced ability of operating in a complex matrixed project environment with multiple interfaces and relationships e.g. consortium partners, project teams, customers.


Evidenced ability of focussing on the wider aspects of successful project delivery and building strong and effective working relationships lead to better project outcomes.


Evidenced ability of running workshops and specific interventions to raise understanding in collaborative working, multi-organisational teams and delivering key artefacts to support this.

Evidenced ability of understanding and clearing blockers which are impacting better working relationships.

Experience of analysis of outputs, information and data to drive and support strategic decision making
