Description

Leading a team of Managed Services Analysts and Customer Service Advisors, this role will be responsible for ensuring efficient operational day to day performance and delivering quality assured client projects within agreed timescales.

You will proactively manage workflow and resources to ensure high performance and productivity.


Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the overall performance of a team of Managed Services Analysts and Customer Service Advisors
  • Ensuring that all project work is completed and returned to clients within set deadlines
  • Ensure that quality checks are complete on team members work to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Regularly review and maintain departmental workload schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery, including team capacity, utilisation and productivity
  • Support implementation of new products and processes
  • Responsible for coaching, developing and motivating team members, including regular one‐to‐one performance reviews/annual appraisals within the department
  • Ensure that departmental SLA's are met by the team
  • Provide monthly performance statistics to the Head of Managed Services, Operations Director and other key stakeholders
  • Provide advice and support to the team as necessary, identifying development and training needs based on performance and taking ownership of the delivery of appropriate training
  • Devise and follow processes to encompass all Managed Services requirements within the department
  • Perform duties as reasonably assigned

£27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
