Job description:


Our client, based in Wolverhampton
, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary contract for two months with the potential of the role becoming permanent after the contract ends.

Our client is a reputable housing association, proud to provide social housing to those in need.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Responsible for taking inbound calls to the service from tenants in relation to damp and mould issues in their property
  • Handling questions and queries from tenants and directing them to the relevant tenancy worker
  • Making outbound calls to book visits with tenants who may need inspections for damp and mould issues
  • Book appointments on the outlook system
  • Respond to inbox queries and signposting tenants
  • Carrying out all administrative tasks such as filing, photo copying and updating the system

Experience required:


  • Call handling experience within a contact Centre setting
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Experience working within the sector (desirable)

Working hours

  • 37.5 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm
