PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is a central pillar of the UK Government's Levelling Up agenda. The fund provides £2.6 billion of new funding for local investment by March 2025. The UKSPF replaced European funding following the UK's withdrawal from the EU.

Whitehead-Ross Education has been successful in securing funding from the UKSPF for Multiply, delivered in partnership with Newport City Council.

Multiply is a new UK Government programme to help transform the lives of adults across the UK, by improving their functional numeracy skills through free personal tutoring, digital training, and flexible courses.

The aim of Multiply is to provide meaningful participation that boosts people's ability to use maths in their daily life, at home and work - and enable adults to achieve formal qualifications that can open doors for them (such as career progression, or progression to further study).

We are looking for an experienced Administrator and Enrolment Officer to lead on facilitating enrolment sessions, supporting learners to complete course enrolment forms, processing paperwork, data inputting, and registering learners with awarding bodies for their qualifications.

Multiply is the UK Government's initiative to improve adult numeracy skills to support individuals to access employment, have higher wages, and better wellbeing.

We will support 295 participants on courses aimed at parents wanting to increase their numeracy skills in order to help their children and help with their own progression, such as Numeracy for Parents in Supporting Their Child with Maths and City and Guilds Level 1 and Level 2 Maths Skills Awards.
