Position Description

Due to an increase in customer requirements we are looking for a German language team member with practical experience of the most frequently used techniques in molecular biology.

In addition to our comprehensive training program, this experience will enable them to understand the experimental set up of QIAGEN products and therefore be able to support our customers effectively.

The combination of scientific knowledge, multilingual skills and customer support mentality make it a very exciting role.

Key responsibilities:

Actively cooperate in the development of existing and future solutions to further improve our customer service.
Effectively prioritise existing tasks and their efficient handling in respect to the needs of our customers and the team.

This position is available until 31st August 2025

Position Requirements

Proven laboratory experience of the most frequently used techniques within molecular biology and genomics such as nucleic acid extraction, PCR and qPCR.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential; any additional European language is a benefit.
Customercentric mentality and a positive attitude when handling constantly changing requirements.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially with regards to molecular biology techniques.
