£21,000 (Grade 2)


What are we looking for?


To ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to all customers, both face to face and via the telephone to signpost them to the support we can provide to help them find suitable employment opportunities.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Covering reception duties to include welcoming clients, answering calls, booking appointments
and supporting customers with form filling, if required

  • Auditing, archiving & reporting on all contracts
  • To support maintenance of databases ensuring efficient and accurate data input
  • Using Microsoft office for creating, inputting, storing, organising and manipulating data and reports.
  • Provide all admin support within the Business Support Team
  • Ensuring the working environment including meeting rooms and stationery areas are kept tidy
and appropriately stocked with relevant materials.

  • Processing of all data relating to all contracts
  • Undertake administration duties given by the line manager/senior.
  • Training staff as required in administration related areas
  • Provide helpline cover on the National Careers Service helpline and undertake the associated
work that is involved.

  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
