Description

The Stroke Unit has an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 Nurse Associate to join a friendly, supportive and experienced team, to help us to deliver high quality care to stroke patients.

Wye Ward is a busy, energetic place to work, with 26 beds, including a high care bay admitting patients directly from ED & TIA clinic.

Staff working on ASU adhere to the WVT values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence) in all that they do.

Staff on Wye ward work with a wider multidisciplinary team and have a dedicated team of stroke Physiotherapists, Speech and language therapists and occupational therapists based on the unit.

The applicant should be motivated and enthusiastic to learn and should strive to provide individualised and holistic care to patients, with a genuine desire to care for others.
