Artemis are delighted to be working with a very successful, award-winning business in the construction and property sector.

Due to continued growth, they have a newly created position for an Accounts Assistant to join the business.

Reporting to the FC, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the finance function whilst gaining excellent exposure within a thriving sector.


The role

  • Responsible for posting and matching all purchase invoices and purchase orders
  • Seamless processing of purchase payments and customer receipts
  • Dealing with supplier queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently
  • Bank reconciliations

The person

  • Previous experience working within a finance/accounts department
  • Experience using a computerised accounts software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Competent use of MS Excel
