About the Role:


Main Responsibilities:


  • Taking ownership of the letting's strategy for an allocated portfolio.
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings.
  • Negotiating the best possible rents and contract terms.
  • Taking holding deposits and setting up deal information on company systems.
  • Providing a weekly update on lettings performance to Head of Lettings and Asset Management team.
  • Where vacant buildings are purchased: establishing a marketing strategy, and
- overseeing furnishing and professional photography.

  • Dealing with client enquiries and vetting potential applicants.
  • Liaising with Property Management team to ensure void works are completed
- for new lets.

  • Assisting with administration of deal
  • Seeking authorisation from Asset Managers where deviation from Business Plan required.
  • Delivering portfolio reports on letting results.
  • Providing input on market data to support new acquisitions.
  • Supporting the overall lettings strategy of the business where required.

About you:


  • Access to your own vehicle and a full driving license is
    essential
:


  • Excellent attention to detail, and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Positive and highly organised
  • Strong administrative skills, ideally in real estate.
  • Able to use your initiative
  • Strong IT skills essential including all Microsoft packages, and ability to update websites
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Available to work weekends and Bank Holidays where required
