Description

They are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Trade Mark Attorney, to help manage the international trade mark portfolios for their clients and to further develop the services they offer to those clients.

Some duties in the role include;

Working for a range of client from multinationals to start ups helping them manage, protect, exploit and enforce their trade mark and design rights
You will be involved in helping develop our strategy to grow the brand protection services they offer to our clients
You will also help support complex transactional and project work often where securing rights in IP portfolios is a key asset of the business.
A Qualified Trade Mark Attorney, with knowledge of all aspect of trade mark and design portfolio managements; disputes before EU and UKIPO and working with foreign agents
A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be selfmotivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
Commercially aware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
Able to develop a deep understanding of your client's business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
Able to contribute to our collaborative culture, with an ambition to assist in the development of junior team members
