We are now on the hunt for a creative, change-making marketing apprentice to support our growing marketing team.

As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you will spend 20% of your time studying a Level 4 foundation degree apprenticeship with Cambridge Marketing College that has been designed to meet the requirements for registration as an Affiliate Member with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)


Working in conjunction with the Marketing Manager you will help to shape, support and deliver marketing plans for Asynt both in the UK and worldwide.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Marketing Team in creating and delivering engaging content for our target audience across the range of digital channels, including website, video, and social media channels.
  • Planning and delivering tactical integrated marketing campaigns, i.e. eblasts against SMART objectives
  • Managing the production and distribution of marketing materials, e.g. digital, print and video content as appropriate.
  • Monitoring & compiling reports showing the performance of digital channels and promotional campaigns to determine future activities
  • Able to engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including distributors, colleagues, suppliers, and partner agencies
  • Assist in organising events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions, as well as supporting the delivery of distributor and customer webinars
  • Monitoring project budgets and recording progress
  • Maintaining CRM and digital asset library
  • Implement Asynt brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all communications channels

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 x A-Levels / Level 3 Advanced apprenticeship/ NVQ or BTECH National qualification and minimum five GCSEs grade A*C /94 grades

OR 2 years previous experience in a marketing/sales/business administration role

  • Experience of use of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Buffer, MailChimp, Google Analytics and Salesforce, would be desirable.
  • Familiar with the use of social media platforms for business; particularly LinkedIn
  • Good experience of the MS office suite; Excel, PowerPoint
  • A team player able to evidence highest levels of collaborative working
  • A knowledge of science, chemistry, pharma industries or related background would be an advantage.

Apprenticeship Programme


You will be studying a Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship with Cambridge Marketing College that has been designed to meet the requirements for registration as an Affiliate Member with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).


Your study will form 20% of your working week and is in the format of a blended study approach with online materials combined with monthly one-to-one online tutorials, webinars, pod casts and peer interaction.
