Job Description:

Pro1 Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team in Atherstone. This position is picking orders using voice pickers and LLOP trucks. All of these roles are temp-perm.


Responsibilities:


  • Using a LLOP truck and voice picker
  • Picking items by hand, and loading it onto your LLOP truck (items are picked by case, and you must manually load the cases of items onto your truck)
  • Working in either a chill, or ambient environment
  • Pallet wrapping
  • Working in a fast pace, target driven environment

Shift times:

  • Shift pattern will be 5 days on, 3 days off. This will include working over weekends. You will be given your rota in advance.
  • 14:3022:30 (or finish)
OR 17:00 - 01:30 (or finish)

OR 19:30 - 03:30 (or finish) working on a 5 day on, 3 day off shift pattern.

  • Pay Rate night shift pay rate kicks in at 22:00.
  • Before 10PM (day shift pay rate): £12.23 increasing to £13.59 after 12 weeks.
  • After 10PM (night shift pay rate): £15.29 increasing to £16.99 after 12 weeks.
