The bpi division sits within the Engineered Materials Division of Berry Global Inc. a US listed company with an annual turnover of around $13bn and over 40,000 employees.

The bpi division has manufacturing sites across the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland and Romania.

We have a new opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the Quality department at our Ardeer site.


Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative support or general office support roles is essential. National 4 level Maths, English or Administration qualifications are preferable.


You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills and a keen attention to detail.

You will have experience of records management and be highly computer literate with a robust working knowledge of MS Office packages including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:


Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will provide administrative support to our Quality Department.

Duties can include (but are not limited to):

  • Scanning and filing production job cards
  • Supporting with the organisation, storage and archiving of departmental paperwork
  • Assisting with the complaints process paperwork
  • General admin support for the Quality team
  • Other duties as requested by the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers
