TPF Recruitment is recruiting for an excellent firm of chartered accountants in Sandwich, East Kent who are looking for a Senior Accountant/ Client Manager to join their team.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a fantastic local firm of accountantsat a key part of their growth journey.


Our client is a general practice firm of chartered accountants who provide a mix of accountancy and tax services to local businesses across the South East.

They promote a relaxed environment and a great work life balance too. You will manage an interestingclient portfolio, and there are great progression prospects on offer too


You will be responsible for:


  • Managing and being the primary contact for clients across a variety of industries
  • Preparation of statutory accounts
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns
  • Reviewing junior staff's work
  • Advising clients with general tax, accounting and software queries

Requirements:


  • ACA/ ACCA qualified, or nearly qualified, or qualified by experience
  • 3+ years experience within an accountancy practice
  • General practice experience across accounts and tax
  • Experience of cloud software such as Sage, Xero and/ or QuickBooks would be advantageous

Benefits:

- £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
