CLIENT
Our Client is an expanding hospitality brand with ambitious plans for future growth. Doing the straight forward things right, this business has reputation for operational excellence. Highly successful they have a strong portfolio of units and a very attractivemarket proposition.

As Managing Director, your role will be broad and varied and you will be fully accountable for managing the day to day running of the organisation.


ROLE

As Managing Director, you will be accountable for the operational excellence, implementation of process and business execution across the entire business.


  • You will oversee the ongoing operation of the units ensuring the highest standards and customer experience are delivered on and are maintained and that sales revenue targets are achieved.
  • You will lead and galvanise a group of commercial minded managers and support teams to adopt company best practice while continuing to deliver the great day to day offering for the customers
  • You will drive through changes within the business, implementing commercial procedures and standards to drive the ongoing performance of the business
  • You will help deliver growth and take accountability for identifying new sites for the future growth strategy.
  • You will implement the key business focus in a forwardthinking, flexible and innovative way.
  • You will have responsibility for the recruitment, performance management and on
- going development of your team.


PERSON:


  • You will have experience at a senior director level ideally within the hospitality industry. You will be looking for an opportunity to move into your first Managing Director position or looking to consolidate prior experience at this level and throw yourselfinto a new challenge
  • With a successful career to date within the sector you will be a top performer and maybe frustrated with the current 'glass ceiling' or lack of career opportunities where you are and be ready to challenge yourself in a new environment
  • You will have worked in branded environments and understands the benefits of standardisation of policy and process however your natural commercial edge will shine through and you will be energised by 'working in the grey'
  • You will be pioneering, highly commercial and focussed on delivering results with strong analytical skills.
  • You will be a positive individual, a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at succession planning and performance management.
  • You will have a strong influencing style and have had exposure at Board level.
