Workshop Support / Customer Services Role

This company are a small engineering company based nearly Stoneleigh and due to expansion require a Workshop Support/Customer Service to join their team.

This position will responsible for the day to day advise, purchasing, distribution and organisation of the parts and external services.

There would also be a requirement to prepare customer estimates This a great opportunity for someone in this interestingand varied role.

The parts advisor is a key role within the company, and you will be responsible for;

Supporting the workshop with sourcing of parts and external services
Preparing customer restoration estimates
Liaising with customers and suppliers
General customer service

Requirements for the Workshop Support / Customer Services Role

Knowledge and experience of mechanical parts is essential
Experience working in a parts department is desirable
Excellent customer service and organisation skills
Motivated and reliable team player
Good eye for detail and accuracy with a cando attitude
