Workshop Support / Customer Services Role


This company are a small engineering company based nearly Stoneleigh and due to expansion require a Workshop Support/Customer Service to join their team.


This position will responsible for the day to day advise, purchasing, distribution and organisation of the parts and external services.

There would also be a requirement to prepare customer estimates This a great opportunity for someone in this interestingand varied role.

The parts advisor is a key role within the company, and you will be responsible for;

  • Supporting the workshop with sourcing of parts and external services
  • Preparing customer restoration estimates
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • General customer service

Requirements for the Workshop Support / Customer Services Role

  • Knowledge and experience of mechanical parts is essential
  • Experience working in a parts department is desirable
  • Excellent customer service and organisation skills
  • Motivated and reliable team player
  • Good eye for detail and accuracy with a cando attitude
