Role Description
We are looking for a Production Scheduler to join our site in

Windmill Lane, Southall.

This role will be site based, working 40.5 hours per week on a 4 on 3 off shift pattern.


Key Responsibilities

  • Document planning standards, raise standards, and confirm standard work daily.
  • Create and maintain master performance data sets for all SKUs and all processes.
  • Identify key problems areas and set targets to improve planning effectiveness.
  • Use data analysis to make problems visible, quantifiable and to guide decisions.
  • Ensure planning systems are optimised to drive effective and efficient planning, scheduling and material call off.
  • Identify repeat problems within Operations and work with the Operations team to root cause and countermeasure.
  • Create and continuously improve ideal production sequences that optimise delivery at the lowest cost.
  • Build strong relationships with customer supply chain contacts.

Qualifications and skills
You will possess good numerical skills and previous planning experience.

IT and communication skills are key as you will liaise with customers and all departments within the factory, You will be able to prioritize your workload and problem solve.
