Customer Support Executive required for our client in Reading, Berkshire.


Our client are looking a friendly, enthusiastic and professional customer service executive to assist their client base of varying sizes of SMEs.


Duties/Responsibilties:

  • Respond to customers that require assistance
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers even in stressfull situations
  • Priortisite multiple customer issues/enquiries in a timely manner

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
