What you'll be doing?

Conduct the litigation of claims arising under Motor and Household policies, predominantly Claimant actions.
Manage your own case load under supervision.
Review documents and advise on liability, quantum, and strategy.
Conduct investigations including document searches.
Instruct experts and counsel as required or refer to the Head of Legal as appropriate.

What you'll need to apply?

Relevant legal qualifications, including a law degree and/or legal practice course.
At least 1 years' experience of handling litigation, preferably within the insurance sector
Good understanding of Court Procedure Rules and litigation management
Proven capability of claims negotiation
