This role is for a project manager who is hardworking, inspiring, and focused to play a key role in identifying the business needs, interpreting complex data, and leading the analysis and design activity through to successful delivery.

The Project Manager will support delivery of initiatives in the Pensions Core Lab in Insurance, Pension and Investment Division. The Lab has ownership for delivery of a portfolio of Legal and Regulatory change across multiple propositional areas. The role willensure that fundamentals of Project Management excellence are achieved. This includes analysis, governance, planning, leading finances and delivering value.

As a PM of the Future, you should role model a strive to develop their skills and experience, build space to learn and collaborate, demonstrate resilience and adaptability, confidence, and a desire to innovate and test new insights.

Understand, embrace andbe able to select with confidence the most appropriate tools and methods to deliver change.

They should seek to establish relationships across role communities, change teams and business areas to improve opportunities for continuous improvement through sharedfindings.

Mentoring others in their team to achieve delivery excellence is also a key part of the role.
