Great Opportunity as an Immediate Start

  • Temporary Position based in Oldham

The key responsibilities of a Payroll Advisor will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Ensure accurate inputting of payroll data and completion of payroll runs effectively
  • Support the development of the payroll team
  • Support the Payroll Manager
  • Assist in the annual P11d and P60 processing
  • Provide key stakeholders with support and advice in relation to pay and benefits as requested
  • Contribute to a range of payroll projects and activities as requested
  • Ensure internal and external queries are dealt with promptly

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Payroll Advisor
must possess the following skill set and experience.

  • Not for Profit and Charities or Housing Association background
  • Oracle Payroll systems knowledge
  • Up to date knowledge of current payroll legislation
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
  • Excellent proven knowledge of IT systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Background in pensions, including auto enrolment practice
  • Ability to commute to Oldham

What's on Offer:


  • Immediate start
  • 35 Hours per week
  • Hourly rate between £ £20.00
  • 2x days per week in office and 3x days from home
  • Temporary role
