Description

A leading London market insurance business are looking for a Senior Reporting Accountant to join their finance department and will be responsible for the preparation of internal and external reports of the department, including all Lloyd's regulatory returns,associated management information and other project work.

Responsibilities will include:

Production and review of Syndicate reporting to Lloyd's, comprising: QMA, QMB, GQD, Solvency II, US and Canadian situs reporting.
Production of analytics and commentary to support regular or ad hoc queries on, or related to, syndicate reporting
Production of analytical tools and analytical memos supporting each one of the reports produced
Annual and underwriting year financial statements
Support the audit process; liaising with internal and external auditors
Overseeing the planning and production of reports and ensuring that they are produced in accordance with the relevant timetables
Active participation on finance transformation project and other relevant projects
Maintaining a sound system of internal controls
