Abbatt Property Recruitment are an award-winning agency placing people into roles in residential buildings across London.

We are looking for someone to join our Out of Hours team to help manage all operations out of business hours from 6pm on Friday evenings to 9am on Monday mornings.

This role will also work all bank holidays

The role will involve actively working from 6pm to 8pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Active working will re-commence on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings between 6am and 9am.

In between these times (8pm to 6am) the role will be on call, answering any emergency calls to the work mobile.

As the role holder will be the sole representative of the company at weekends, the successful applicant will have to have excellent communication and customer service skills.

They will also have to be very well organised and computer literate as they will have to navigate the company software and ensure all information is correctly entered.

Team leader, staff booker, customer service, company operations experience will be advantageous.

This role pays £15,000 per annum
