As we grow our unique FiberLine Intervention business, we are looking for a Supply chain Administrator who can manage our procurement process and maintain all aspects of purchasing on our ERP system.
Additionally, they will have the opportunity to gain skills in finance, ERP integration, vendor management, inventory management, logistics and communication with vendors.
Job Summary:
Building and maintaining relationships with Well-SENSE vendors, ensuring timely delivery and scheduling of all products and stock items. Updating the MRP system (ODOO) with all purchases and receipts of goods and services.
Essential Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required:
- HNC or above in administration.
- Evidence of procurement, ERP and systems experience and knowledge.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Be willing to travel if required.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate well.
Advantageous Qualifications/Experience/Skill
- Prior experience working within a procurement or administration role.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems; experience in Odoo is an advantage.
- Experience working in logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In accordance with Well-SENSE's policies and procedures:
- Liaise with vendors to build relationships and negotiate best prices and discounts
- Order materials and products as required from our vendors
- Raise and manage all purchase orders on our Odoo system
- Manage our approved vendor system and ensure that it is kept up to date and sufficient records are on file
- Ensure our stock system is up to date and accurate for goods in / goods out in line with purchase orders
- Organise logistics for equipment mobilisation worldwide.
- Take reasonable care to prevent harm to themselves and consider the potential for harm to others or the environment that may be caused by their acts or omissions
- Work in accordance with the information and training provided to them
- Refrain from intentionally misusing or recklessly interfering with anything that has been provided for Health, Safety and/or Environmental reasons
- Report any hazardous defects in plant, equipment and workplace, or shortcomings in the existing controls, to a responsible person without delay
- Not undertake any task for which authorisation and/or training has not been given
