The Role:

We are recruiting a Property Maintenance Operative for an established and expanding Property Management Company based in Nottingham City Centre.

We are looking for a confident individual who can work well within our Maintenance Department.


Duties and responsibilities:

• To carry our both reactive and planned works within residential properties
• Operatives are required to liaise with clients and have excellent customer service
• Some travel will be necessary, van provided, mileage will be paid
• Excellent attention to detail
• Operatives are expected to work tidily and clean up after works
• Be professionally presented
• Own tools will be required (unless specialist tool required), materials supplied

Experience:

You should have experience and be competent in the following:

• Plumbing Works
• Electrical Works
• Joinery
• Decorating

Working Hours (approx.):

Mon - Thurs: 09:00 - 17:00

Fri: 09:00 - 16:00

Overtime may be available upon request


Salary:
£27,676.85 (Includes 1st tier bonus. Uncapped bonus scheme applies)
