Customer Service Executive - Ower, Hampshire - Salary up to £28,000 DOE

Our client is looking to recruitment a Customer Service Executive for a dynamic and innovative company that provides e-commerce online retail service for innovative brands.

Based in a rural location near to both Southampton and Romsey, in boutique offices that offer free parking and Barista style coffee.

You will receive regular performance reviews, 20 days holiday plus bank holiday working with global niche brands in sporting, wellbeing, and music industry including working with influencers.

The Customer Service Representative will join a friendly and busy team. Working within a rapidly growing ecommerce business with lots of opportunity for personal development.

Key Tasks of Customer Service Executive:

Ensure customer service information on all our websites is up to date, well maintained, accurate and effectively managed to reduce initial contact where applicable
Assist with other duties relating to the business as required
Skills and Attributes
Excellent customer service skills
A polite and professional telephone manner
Recent experience within a Customer Service role is essential
Must be very organised, motivated, and able to able to work on your own initiative
Good Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Whilst this role is primarily Monday - Friday, any successful applicant may be required to work some weekends or Bank Holidays to cover peak trading periods.
