Location - Home Based (London Portfolio)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday

Salary £ £44000

Contract - Permanent

What makes a brilliant Rendall & Rittner Health and Safety Compliance Advisor?

You'll have experience providing Health and Safety support to multiple sites (residential property experience highly desirable).
You'll conduct health and safety accident investigations as required and support where necessary.
You'll manage the H&S system and prepare regular reports from statistics.
You'll review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for property teams and keep up to date relevant reports.
You'll manage the audit schedule to ensure that it is kept up to date and relevant statistics are current.
You'll have previous experience in auditing onsite and property management teams on health and safety in accordance with the audit procedure
You'll have solid experience of managing/reviewing risk assessments and method statement
You have an eye for detail, coupled with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
