Senior Kotlin Engineer

Salary - Up to £120k Base + Benefits

Remote Working


We are currently working with a an awesome fin-tech start-up who's product is aimed towards people emigrating from less wealthy countries, who may not have access to digital banking but still have the priority to send funds back home, avoiding those muchdreaded exchange rates.


Together we are on the hunt for a Snr Kotlin Engineer to come and use their skills to contribute towards a genuine worthwhile cause and help those who may be less fortunate.


Within this position you can expect to;

  • Produce clean and scalable code
  • Have major influence/ownership of the general backend functionality
  • Create resilient and secure data flows
  • Deliver timeline estimates to stakeholder's and members of the wider business

In order to be considered for this position you must have;

  • Over 5 years handson experience developing backend systems
  • Strong skills using Kotlin
  • Highlevel of exposure working with AWS (S3, SQS, LAMBDA, SNS)
  • Previous experience working with PostgreSQL
Within this position you can also expect to get hands-on with Devops tools such as Ansible/Terraform and gain exposure to modern methodologies such as SRE and much more
