HEAD OF GUEST SERVICES / NIGHT CONCIERGE FOR UHNW FAMILY IN CENTRAL LONDON

Salary:
£30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

We have an amazing new role for an experienced concierge professional to join an ultra-high net worth family as their Head of Guest Relations at their large Mayfair property.

Working night-shifts, 4 days per week, this role is providing a highly level of concierge service to the family and their regular guests to ensure their stay is highly pleasurable and all of their needs are met.

Duties include, providing 6* customer service, restaurant bookings, arranging transportation, organising appointments, assisting with any requests of the family and their guests, general administration.

This is a household where exceptionally high standards are required at all times, and this role requires a hardworking and diligent individual who is happy to muck-in to ensure all of the principal's needs are met.

Being a confident driver with a full, clean UK driving license is essential for this role.

This role is a live-out position, 4 night per week (8pm to 8am), usually Monday-Thursday, however, flexibility is required at times.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Offering 6* service at all times to family and guests
Dealing professionally and efficiently with all requests in a timely manner
Making restaurant reservations, managing appointments, arranging transportation etc.
Greeting family and guests on arrive and wishing them farewell on departure
General administration
Adhoc driving and errand running
Additional duties as required
