Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an International Coordinator for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.

As a partner services coordinator your main role will be to help manage long-term business relationships with existing partners. This would suit someone who is self-motivated, client focused and can work well in a team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Participate in solutioning new client service offerings with service specialists
Generation of complex quotations#
Full responsibility & accountability for ensuring the service is delivered to the client as per the agreement and proactively ensuring all KPIs/SLAs are achieved or exceeded and taking corrective action accordingly
Conducting progress reviews and owning resulting action resolution
Conducting regular minuted service review meetings, including the preparation and presentation of current performance data
Primary point of contact for issue resolution
To ensure contract retention and growth in range and scale
Approval of invoices received from partners
Promotion of partner membership scheme, and its values and benefits

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

Experience in thirdparty logistics dealing with international shipments (1 year min)
Ability to consistently produce high quality results within tight deadlines by prioritizing, identifying roadblocks, and collaborating with colleagues
Ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively with limited supervision
Attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and review
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to proactively identify and address potential issue Development

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

In return our client offers a salary of up to £30,000, with free onsite parking, onsite discounted café, modern working environment and hybrid working after completion of training period.
