I'm currently working on a full time role with an Engineering business based in South Sheffield.

The role is a temporary for a 3 month duration however there is the potential for the role to go permanent due to the growth of the business.

The dynamic and fast paced however will be rewarding in it's own right. You'll work within a inclusive team and I'm sure you'll learn new skills within the role.


Training will be provided for the role however you will need to have at least 2 years' experience of working in an accounts department.

This role would suit someone who is capable working with a high volume of invoices and who has the confidence to make an impact from day one.


This role will include:

  • Process Sales invoices
  • Process Purchase invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Ensure customers pay to agreed payment terms
  • Deal with customer disputes and ensure they are resolved quickly
  • Work closely within the finance team and liaise across various departments

Skills and experience:

  • 2 years' experience of working in an Accounts Department in a
  • Meticulous and focused
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic that enjoys working in a small team and can also work on their own
  • 5, 5 days per week
£ £14.50 per hour Depending on experience
20 days holiday + bank holidays


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: - 3 months

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week


Salary:
£12.50-£14.50 per hour
