Description

The Position:
People Systems Coordinator

To work in conjunction with other operational team members to ensure all personnel are making an effective contribution to the overall running of the organisation


Job Requirements:


  • Employee Relations
  • Supporting People Systems BP with misconduct investigations and disciplinaries.
  • Supporting Managers with ER issues.
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Administration of recruitment process end to end for all roles including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
  • Administration and coordination of Onboarding new employees.
  • Training & Development
  • Monitoring of on the job training to ensure training is completed.
  • Arranging internal and external training as and when required.
  • Management Information Reporting
  • Payroll processing for all Bama Europa sites.
  • Agency management - communicating with temporary labour providers regarding projected changes in requirements, conducting agency audits and dealing with agency worker issues.
  • Systems key user for ADP Time and Attendance.
  • Coordinating visits from team members from outside UK.
  • Stock and replenish meeting rooms and stationery.
  • General People Systems Admin tasks.
  • Any other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • CIPD level
  • Working towards or achieved CIPD level 5

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
