Reactive Recruitment is currently recruiting for a
Construction Detailer / Technical
Detailer based in Cookstown or the surrounding area.


Our client is a market leader in the building materials and products markets in the UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe.


The role will be office and site based, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm, 32 days holiday, Health Plan, Life Assurance, and progression opportunities.


Day to day:


  • Use AutoCAD to work on a range of building projects for major house builders and contractors.
  • Work alongside Engineers, producing detail approval drawings to tight deadlines.
  • Issue confirmation drawings for the customer's approval.
  • Prepare fabrication drawings based on the customer's requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Degree educated
  • Engineering / Architectural / Construction related discipline.
  • 2+ years relevant experience within a Detailing / Draughts person role.
  • Competent on CAD Packages AutoCAD / Revit / SolidWorks / Tekla.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Target focused, passion to develop, and deliver.
