Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining full accounting process from invoicing to reconciliations
  • Have knowledge of business procedures and corporate guidelines.
  • Follow up with customer service personnel and communicate with clients
  • Use word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Work with different office equipment such as telephones and smart phones.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports.
