    As a Technical Onboarding Coordinator, you will manage complex orders, ensuring correct provisioning and keeping customers informed about progress, issues, or delays. Services include fixed line, broadband, SIP, and non-geographical numbers.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage complex or escalated orders for migrations, connections, and service changes
    • Program routers for end users and coordinate equipment delivery
    • Liaise with customers and third-party support to ensure successful service delivery and supporting teams during the order lifecycle
    • Coordinate surveys and installations to meet customer requirements

    About You

    • You have previous experience in training and upskilling team members
    • You possess knowledge of broadband, router configuration, and fixed line services
    • You thrive in fast-paced environments requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail
    • You have strong customer service skills and administrative abilities
