Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer telephone calls. referring inquires.
  • Booking individuals into site.
  • Issuing delivery notes.
  • Entering orders onto Diary.
  • Booking in collections and deliveries.
  • Issue of PPE to employees.
  • Carrying out return to work interviews.
  • Assisting in induction process for new personnel (Full training will be given)

Skills:


  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of sage, excel and word.
  • Very organised/focused and able to handle pressure.
  • Must have Sage or other Accounts software experience.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, in busy Transport Office environment.

Your professionalism, organizational skills, and ability to handle various administrative tasks will contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Salary:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
