My client, an established charity is looking for someone to join as a HR Shared Service Centre Manager in an organisation implementing an exciting HR agenda.

This HR Shared Service Centre Manager will be managing a team of HR Administrators, as well as 2HR Team Leaders.

The HR Shared Service Centre Manager will ensure the transactional HR duties are all conducted efficiently, as well as ensuring excellent customer services is upheld by their team.

The HR Shared Service Centre Manager will ensure that theHR processes and systems are running effectively and offering improvements when necessary.


The HR Shared Service Centre Manager will be pivotal in many HR strategic projects on the upcoming agenda and will be working very closely with key stakeholders within the business.

The HR Shared Service Centre Manager will be reporting to the Head of HRand will be able to offer ideas and solutions amongst the senior HR team.


To be considered for this HR Shared Service Centre Manager you must hold excellent people management experience, ideally have proven HR Service Centre Experience.

Holding previous experience of using Cascade is also an advantage, as well as experience inHR systems and HR reporting.

This charity adopts a hybrid working approach as well as offering a flexible working scheme.
