Description
Looking for a highly motivate individual with excellent organisation and communication skills to work in a busy office. Experience of working in the Construction or Civil Engineering industry would be preferable.Duties
- Managing Diaries
- Issuing Job Packs
- Ensuring all site paperwork is signed and returned to the office in a timely manner
- Dealing with Customer enquiries
- Negotiating rates with Suppliers
- Ordering plant & equipment, materials and vehicles
- Collating weekly timesheets
- Scanning / photocopying filing documents
- Liaising with Site Personnel
- Secretarial and administrative support to Management Team
- Answering telephone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Ensuring offices are clean and tidy at all times
- Any other duties as delegated by management
- Deputising for the office staff in their absence
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years administration experience
Must have excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks
A confident and flexible attitude
To be professional and confidential
Must be computer literate
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to use own initiative and working under pressure to strict deadlines

Salary:
£17,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
