Account Handler - Affinity

The Role

  • Achieve high levels of client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring all client and business deadlines are met
  • Ensure quality documentation both in terms of accuracy and presentation
  • Support business development activity including working with the Affinity Marketing function, as required
  • Support senior colleagues from both WTW GB and Global Affinity management
  • Assist on the implementation of WTW's tech platform including capturing clients' requirements
  • Provide general administration support
  • Perform quality checks on tasks
  • Assist with the resolution of queries and follow up with the business and/or clients
  • Comply with all company and regulatory standards and requirements
  • Cooperate with all colleagues in a supportive, friendly, and professional manner

The Requirements

  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive culture
  • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance concepts, policies, and procedures is desirable. Prior experience, especially within Affinity desirable, but not a requirement
  • Customer Service Skills: Experience in customer/ client facing roles with the ability to actively listen, empathise, and address client needs professionally and effectively
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments, processes, and technology, maintaining a flexible and growthoriented mindset
  • Attention to detail: Ability to carry out tasks thoroughly and with accuracy, working with consistent highquality and avoiding mistakes
