    Project Manager Job Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the North East, with opportunities for hybrid working and travel.

    As a Project Manager, you will lead a large team of multi-skilled engineers, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance on gas systems, small installation projects, servicing, and repairs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers via phone calls.
    • Facilitate communication between the administration team, management team, and regional engineering team to disseminate information effectively.
    • Set and achieve Health & Safety performance targets.
    • Work standards targets.
    • Promote continuous improvement works and project-related activity by liaising with client staff.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • A City & Guilds level or UK Level 3 NVQ qualification in relevant electrical disciplines, or equivalent experience.
    • A relevant H&S qualification.
    • GCSE passes in Maths and English, or recognised equivalents.
    • The ability to interact with people at all levels, including customers.
    • Demonstrable experience in the Industrial and Commercial sectors.
    • Familiarity with HVAC systems.
    • The ability to read and understand schematic and wiring diagrams.
    • A full UK driving licence.

    Estimated Salary

    £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
