Based in either London or Bristol, an excellent, brand new opportunity has arisen for an experienced business development professional, with a proven-track record in sales, to join the dynamic Marketing & Sales team of an international legal practice.


Working closely with the International Head of Client Relationship Development, you will be responsible for building strategic partner relationships with a number of the firm's key clients and driving profitable sales growth.

You will be a key member ofthe client service team, supporting the client planning strategy, agreeing targets and ensuring that opportunities are optimised.

The successful applicant will focus solely on three or four accounts to drive opportunities, relationships and revenue from servicelines across the firm.

You will work to develop your own network and relationships at the client, understand their issues and, from that, develop solutions and drive revenue.

You will need to develop a deep understanding of client priorities and identify anddrive strategic opportunities and sales leads, including support for proposal development.

Coaching teams in sales and proposal best practice, you will drive sales and account management discipline and ensure pipeline accuracy.

The Client Account Lead willtake ownership of the end-to-end client experience and will be responsible for achieving high levels of service satisfaction, undertaking regular feedback to measure and monitor performance and seeking ways to improve how clients experience the firm.

You willalso work closely with the Client Relationship Partner and provide support in managing profitability and fee negotiations. In addition, the role holder will support broader marketing activities, tailoring to each client and ensuring engagement with events.
