Description

Responsibilities:

Operate tractors and heavy equipment for construction tasks, including grading, excavating, hauling materials, and site preparation.
Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and obstacles.
Operate tractors and equipment safely, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tractors and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other contractors on the job site.
Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with tractors and equipment promptly.
Adhere to environmental and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Tractor Driver. NPORS Ticket/
Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.
Proficiency in operating tractors and heavy equipment for construction tasks.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical stamina and ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Relevant licenses or certifications for tractor operation and heavy equipment operation are preferred.
