Are you passionate about fruits and leading a team to success? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our thriving fruit factory as a Line Leader.

As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while leading a team of dedicated fruit factory workers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of fruit factory workers to achieve production targets and meet quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee the production line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment performance, making necessary adjustments or improvements as required.
Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they understand and follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues that may affect product quality or worker safety.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve any productionrelated challenges and optimize processes.
Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and employee performance evaluations.
Implement and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team and the overall production environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in the fruit industry.
Strong knowledge of fruit processing techniques, machinery, and quality control standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in food safety and manufacturing practices are a plus.

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
