As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while leading a team of dedicated fruit factory workers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of fruit factory workers to achieve production targets and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the production line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment performance, making necessary adjustments or improvements as required.
- Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they understand and follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues that may affect product quality or worker safety.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve any productionrelated challenges and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and employee performance evaluations.
- Implement and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team and the overall production environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in the fruit industry.
- Strong knowledge of fruit processing techniques, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in food safety and manufacturing practices are a plus.
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
