Are you passionate about fruits and leading a team to success? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our thriving fruit factory as a Line Leader.

As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while leading a team of dedicated fruit factory workers.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of fruit factory workers to achieve production targets and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the production line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment performance, making necessary adjustments or improvements as required.
  • Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they understand and follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues that may affect product quality or worker safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve any productionrelated challenges and optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and employee performance evaluations.
  • Implement and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team and the overall production environment.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in the fruit industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fruit processing techniques, machinery, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in food safety and manufacturing practices are a plus.

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
